Violations of information obligations

Information obligations arise from several laws such as: Consumer Credit Act, Telecommunications Law, Act on Tourism Events and Associated Tourism Services, Act on the Protection of Rights of Buyers of Apartments or Detached Houses, and the Consumer Rights Act.
