Compliance with the Polish Competition Act and related laws can be ensured by creating appropriate procedures to be followed by management and employees. Such procedures concern compliance with the competition law, the consumer protection law and the law on market supervision.

Experience

The first step in our Firm’s approach is to well understand a client’s business, strategy and competitive environment. We then make a diagnosis of a client’s operating environment, the applicable legal regulations, its procedures, and how it conducts its business. After assessing these factors from the perspective of the competition and consumer protection laws, we identify the areas in which a company’s risk of legal non-compliance may exist. At that point, the Firm presents a client with advice on the legal status of its business and on operational strategies to consider in order to be in compliance with the competition and consumer protection laws.
