Biography

Anna Zielińska is a solicitor and a member of the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors. She has many years of experience in the field of competition and consumer protection law as well as in dispute resolution in civil and commercial matters. From the outset of her career, Ms Zielińska has worked in an international environment and has acquired extensive knowledge of the differences among several legal systems. Ms Zielińska is well experienced and successful in amicable dispute resolution matters.

She gained incomparable experience running her own competition law and dispute resolution practice and by cooperating with a number of recognized national and international law firms.

Ms Zielińska is adept in representing clients before the Chairman of the Competition Authority and in court proceedings in cases concerning cartels and vertical agreements. She has advised and represented clients operating in various industries, including construction, FMCG, financial payment services and paper and tissue product. She has conducted proceedings relating to cross-border civil and economic cases, where the choice of applicable law and jurisdiction plays a significant role.

In addition to her native Polish language, Ms Zielińska works in English and French and is fluent in both.
