Processing personal data

The Personal Data Controller is Hansberry Tomkiel Sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw. HT processes personal data on the terms set forth in applicable laws, in particular, those set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, p. 1) (“GDPR”).

Hansberry Tomkiel collects and processes personal data:

• for the performance of contracts concluded by Hansberry Tomkiel with clients (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• for compliance with legal obligations to which Hansberry Tomkiel is a subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• for recruitment of persons interested in cooperating with Hansberry Tomkiel (Article 6 (1)(a) and (c) GDPR),
• for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Hansberry Tomkiel as a data controller, including the marketing of services, informing about the events in which Hansberry Tomkiel participates and its activities, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the correspondence and as part of contractual relationship it is required for concluding and performing the contract.
Everyone is entitled to access their data, request rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing thereof.

It is also possible to object to data processing.

In contractual relationship the data are stored for the duration of the contract and after the termination thereof for a period required by the regulations on the archiving and prescription of claims.

Everyone is entitled to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
